The Citadel Success Institute (CSI) is a summer program designed to help incoming knobs make it through their first year. Jeff Perez, The Citadel's vice president for external affairs, shares info on the success rate of the program and its academic regimen. Conway Saylor, the 2012 Governor's Professor of the Year, talks about her 20-year career teaching in The Citadel's psychology department. We also learn about her role in Leadership Day, which over 2,000 cadets participated in. Jeff Hartsell reports on the arrival of former Bulldog football player Scott Yielding ('93), who leaves behind an assistantship at Oklahama State to come be the Dogs' tight ends coach.
